The proportion of green renovation projects of old residential communities has increased year by year in recent years. The renovation of old walls will be one of the key development trends in the future construction industry. Most of the traditional methods for renovation of tile and mosaic walls are chiseling out the original brick layer and then repainting. This process is not only expensive and has a long construction period, but also easy to cause hidden dangers of safety and noise caused by chiseling and shoveling tools in construction, which seriously affects the cost and progress of renovation of buildings. 

Aiming at this technical problem, Asia Paint Tile Filler has been successfully developed by Asia Cuanon Paint R&D Center. It is a cationic and alkali functional cross-linking all-round base leveling material with permanent adhesion, which can directly fill the embedded brick surface, making renovation economical and fast, and will not affect the normal housing. It is also the result of scientific and technological research project of the Ministry of Construction (organized and appraised by the Science and Technology Department of the Ministry of Construction on April 17, 2003, and the Science and Technology Project Plan of the Ministry of Construction in 2002 - Science and Technology Public Relations Project), which has been widely used and recognized in China for more than ten years and made tremendous contributions in the renovation projects; the contribution of this product is far from what we can see. More importantly, it has created a permanent base, focusing on the century-old plan of the building, saving the continuous cost of the base renovation, so that the future renovation of the outer wall can be easily re-painted twice.

Main Application

1.Repair, cover and fill all kinds of tiles, glazed tiles, mosaics and other old bases. Creating a new load layer for the next coating becomes the key point for the ceramic tile surface to be renovated to coating surface.

2.Widely applicable to the new and old cement mortar plastering base which needs to be scraped in batches, so that the building will have a more permanent base.

Adhesion Principle

1.Containing conventional strong binder；

2.Cross-linking reaction with basic alkaline substances to produce semi-permanent adhesion；

3.Produce positive and negative ion attraction with the negative ions of the base layer (usually with negative ions), thus producing permanent adhesion.

Construction tips

1.It should be formulated strictly according to the proportion shown on the packing bag, otherwise it will affect the design strength and adhesion of filler.

2.This product needs enough water to ensure the effect of cross-linking reaction. Therefore, in summer and autumn in southern China and dry areas in northern China, it must be washed with clean water or wetted by roller on the second day after scraping in order to ensure complete curing reaction and achieve the best bonding strength. 

3.This product will produce functional cross-linking reaction when it meets alkali.
