Asia Paint Royal Coating
Asia Paint Royal Coating is an eight-year research project of Asia Paint Research and Development Center for the creation of stone decorated insulation panel system. The key points of scientific research are: firstly, realistic stone texture; secondly, the service life of stone. In 2009, Asia Paint Royal Coating decorated insulation system was successfully launched, which shocked the paint and finished panel industry. Asia Paint Royal Coating reached the “high fidelity” level of imitating stone, and its similarity with stone was almost 99.99%. Imitate stone, yet surpass stone. It reached the standard of top imported stone and created a global record.
Apart
from stone texture, Asia Paint Royal Coating also has the service life as
stone. The overall life of dry-hanging stone system is about 20-30 years. The
service life of this product can also reach 15-25 years when it is used on the
DIPS. The high service life is based on the fully modified silicon-acrylic
system of this product, which is different from the general “water in water”
colorful coatings in the market. In a short period of 1-3 years, the yellowing
defects of other coatings and top coatings can be seen, which makes the
imitation reveal the “coating essence” of fake stones quickly, not to mention
the possibility of renovation after 20 years. Therefore, this product has the
unique technical level to represent Asia Paint and is the patented product of
Asia Paint.

Spraying once creates a texture effect that
is comparable to real stone. This product can also achieve 99% stone effect
when used for manual spraying.
